We usually start off with only a couple sets, but as the tournament got closer, we got to about 7 sets in a row.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;The goal here is to keep moving, doing it as fast as possible, while still doing it right. You want to do small movements, but very fast. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, with no rests in between each exercise.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Burpees&lt;/strong&gt;: Not a full burpee, you want to throw your feet out (not too far) with your hands on the ground, bring them back up and hit your hands to your shins. Small movements, very fast.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;High knees&lt;/strong&gt;: keep your knees up, but do this very fast&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Side jump: keep both feet together and jump from side to side as fast as possible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Twist&lt;/strong&gt;: Feet together, jump and twist, very fast&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Japanese push-ups&lt;/strong&gt;: arms very close to the body, and do push-ups. not a full push-up. but very fast.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Crunches&lt;/strong&gt;: on your back, legs at a 90 degree angle in the air. small crunches, fast.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lumbar&lt;/strong&gt;: on your stomach, hands off the ground, lift your shoulders up.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;After you&amp;#8217;re done your first set, take a 30 second - 1 minute break. Then try and do this exercise twice in a row without a break. Then take a break. Then try and do it three times in a row without a break. Work your way up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try and see how many sets you can do without taking a break in between! Remember to push yourself, but not to the point where you&amp;#8217;re doing damage to your body.
