yes, i am quite aware that i didn't use the correct "you're" in my title, but i wanted that quote and it wouldn't fit otherwise. so lay off. judo - the gentle way. not a sport, but a lifestyle. an art. an art that requires a rock solid mentality, determination, commitment, practice, and one hell of a fit body. if you're going to practice something, practice it correctly. people are habit forming. this is the same for any sport and even in life. because "practice makes permanent" - kbibbs.
